This connection to myself and others is healing to me. I want to offer you Thai Yoga Massage Therapy.  This practice will contribute to your wellness and healing. Everyone needs a source of healing everyday whether emotionally, physically or mentally. Thai Yoga Massage  calms the mind and promotes deep relaxation. It deepens the connection between the body and mind. It relieves pain due to overworked muscles and stress. This is the best time to “slow it down”.  I believe that the practice of Thai Yoga Massage benefits both the giver and the receiver through the foundational principle of Metta Bhavana – loving kindness or compassion.”

What is Thai Yoga Massage:

The practice of Thai Yoga Massage incorporates muscle manipulation techniques with assisted stretches and meditation in order to achieve a deep state of relaxation.  Thai Yoga Massage is performed on the floor on padded mats, with clients fully clothed and without using oils.  

Services Offered:

30 minute sessions – $45.00

45 minute sessions – $60.00

60 minute sessions – $75.00

90 minute sessions – $100.00

HST included in above prices

First time clients only receive an additional 15 minutes of treatment within the same appointment.

i.e. book and pay for 30 minutes and receive 45 minutes total!
