Drop-ins:
* Classes are based on cumulative learning/practice and so pre-registration for an entire session is most beneficial and preferred.
* For new and returning students, drop-in’s welcome at $14 per class if session is not full.
* New student only drop-ins allowed for 1 class only if a class/session is full. They may then be put on a waiting list for the next session.
Special needs welcome!
Teachers are trained to be inclusive and creative in adapting the practice for unique needs, provided that the needs of the individual can be balanced with the needs of the whole. These special needs may be physical, emotional / mental and /or behavioral and IEP’s should be shared with teachers so that both the child and teacher can be supported.
If the teacher is unable to accommodate a child with special needs in a group setting, some options may include:
1. the child being accompanied to class by a helper as arranged and funded by the parent or guardian.
2. using credit for remaining classes toward private or semi-private classes with parent where the practice can be geared more specifically toward the child’s needs.
3. a full refund (minus 10%) IF the class / session did not have a waiting list at time of registration.
Late policy and missed classes:
* try to be on time but better late than never! We understand hectic schedules and late-comers will be welcomed with love.
* No make-up classes possible.
Refunds:
* 10% of fees are always non-refundable to cover registration and processing fees.
Refunds only available for remaining classes in a series if:
1. The refund is due to injury or serious illness
OR
2. Special needs that the teacher is unable to accommodate in a group setting (to be determined at the teachers sole discretion)
AND
3. There was no waiting list for the class / session at time of registration.
